CASE STUDY // WORKSHOP
With more than 50,000 active members, the AOA serves as the primary certifying body for D.O.s, and is the accrediting agency for all osteopathic medical colleges and health care facilities. The association was looking for challenging programming for its leadership conference series, primarily materials focused on helping its doctors understanding the importance of branding.
GCG conducted its signature workshop Personal Branding for Smarties. The highly interactive session focused on specific ways to develop a dynamic personal brand. By utilizing key branding strategies used by some of the most profitable and recognized names in the world, we challenged individuals to develop their own brand by cultivating strengths to propel themselves, and their medical practices to the next level.
Participants are equipped with the skills to understand the value of their personal brand and how to translate those qualities into more lucrative practices.
Ann provided our participants with a fresh, energetic and engaging workshop targeted specifically at leadership advocacy. Her professionalism and expertise were inspirational to all involved and we received extremely positive feedback concerning the event. We won't hesitate to call on Gallagher Consulting Group again.

CASE STUDY // STRATEGIC PLANNING
The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is one of the leading adoption resources in the country, and has been placing foster children across the country for 15 years. The Foundation needed comprehensive research and strategic planning services to combat the escalating need for placing foster care children.
Gallagher Consulting Group has spearheaded research and planning for the Foundation since 2002, directing all aspects of a multi-year strategic planning initiative that included research and customized planning retreats for the board of directors and staff. One of the ideas as a result of the planning was the Wendy's Wonderful Kids program. Wendy's Wonderful Kids is a signature program aimed at raising funds for the Foundation. The Foundation then makes grants to local adoption organizations to hire recruiters targeted exclusively on placing foster care children with adoptive families.
The Wendy's Wonderful Kids program has grown from its infancy to placing recruiters in all 50 states and Canada in two years. The Dave Thomas Foundation was able to use the plan and strategic direction provided by GCG to meet their goal of placing more than thousands of foster children in permanent homes.
Gallagher Consulting Group provided the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption the catalyst to move to the next level of organizational excellence through an intensive and creative strategic planning process. By expertly involving all key stakeholders, providing dynamic executive counsel and quickly understanding all the levels and nuances of the organization's activity, Ann Gallagher gracefully, but aggressively, managed a critical planning process for the Foundation. I highly recommend the Gallagher Consulting Group to any organization wanting to strive for results.
