Mary Ann Pilotte

Executive Vice President

As executive vice president of Gallagher Consulting Group, Mary Ann works with organizational clients on executive coaching, communications and strategic planning. Mary Ann is a high-energy, dynamic leader with over 20 years experience in strategy and marketing. GCG clients benefit from her proven record of strategic thinking, innovation, problem solving, and process development/improvement.

Prior to joining GCG, Mary Ann held a number of marketing positions in the field, for Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada and at the corporate office. As senior vice president of marketing and insights at Wendy’s, she developed a menu management system to refocus new product development to be more consistent with emerging consumer/marketplace trends and brand strategy. During her tenure, she also led a comprehensive internal consumer trends review and brand equity study that established the marketer’s strategic platform.

While residing in Toronto, Ontario, Mary Ann served as director of marketing for Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada where she led the brand marketing and advertising function that strongly contributed to a sales and brand equity turnaround in Canada. She was instrumental in restoring franchisee confidence in marketing through the leadership of the Canadian marketing team and their national and local marketing programs.

Mary Ann is a member of the International Coach Federation, and has received training from CoachU, an ICF accredited coach training organization. She holds an MBA degree from St. Louis University and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.

Her industry affiliations include service on the ANA (Association of National Advertisers) Board of Directors and Marketing Research Committee, and NPD’s CREST (Consumer Report on Eating Share) Advisory Council. Locally, she served as VP on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Salesian Boys and Girls Club of Columbus.
