Robin Butler Leonard

As Senior Vice president of Gallagher Consulting Group, Robin works with executives and organizations on integrated communications solutions including public relations strategies, marketing communications, brand development and executive coaching.  Known for her work with high growth, entrepreneurial companies, Robin works with organizations of all sizes and in widely varied industries to facilitate innovation through fresh thinking, identifying new approaches to old problems. 

Prior to joining GCG, Robin held leadership positions in technology, business services and creative services.  With nearly twenty years of experience, Robin has directed public relations, marketing communications, brand development, product management, and strategic planning.  She has managed multi-million dollar national and international projects, and directed marketing communications for global business-to-business, and business-to-consumer companies.  In addition, she led client services and business development teams at several creative services firms, where she worked directly with blockbuster brands such as Sony, Ford Motor Company, Hewlett Packard, Rand McNally, International Paper and Stanely Works. 

Her strategic communications experience has included the development and implementation of ground-breaking marketing programs for both commercial and consumer products, which were then executed across public relations, promotions, point-of-purchase programs, market research, direct marketing, sales materials and special events.  While at WD Partners, Robin led the development of strategic planning processess for the growing company, and directed the teams that developed the firm's first integrated marketing program.  Over her tenure, revenues more than doubled.

After leaving WD Partners, Robin founded Green Light Consulting, LLC, a firm specializing in integrated marketing solutions for small to mid-sized companies.
