Tamara G. Krause

Director of Operations

Tamara is Director of Operations at Gallagher Consulting Group Inc. With more than twenty years of event communications and administrative experience, Tamara has worked with a variety of groups including Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, nonprofits and public sector entities.

She specializes in organizational development/assessments and communications. She also works with teams within organizations to enhance overall job performance and productivity.

Tamara spent several years of her career working in financial and public relations for The Limited, Inc., a multi-billion dollar retail company. At The Limited, she handled special events, media relations and general administration. She also served in an administrative role at The Pizzuti Companies, a commercial development company. Part of her position at Pizzuti included management and selling of residential property. Tamara started her career in the insurance industry, where she was named the youngest agent at Nationwide.

Tamara is certified in a variety of assessments including DiSC, PIAV and 360s. She is also a member of Columbus Board of Realtors and a holds a real estate license in Ohio.
